Returns Policy

I accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery if the item you receive is defective or damaged in any way. Please contact me immediately if this is the case so that I can address the issue as quickly as possible. Customised or higher priced items ($800+) cannot be returned unless under exceptional circumstances as they are typically made specially to your order.

Jewellery Resizing

If you have accidentally purchased a piece of jewellery in the wrong size, please contact me and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Unfortunately not all pieces are able to be resized due to material, stones, or complexity. But if it can be resized, I am more than happy to do that for you, you just have to pay for postage.

Please note that if the ring you wish to resize is made of solid gold and you require it to be resized larger, this is likely to incur additional costs including the price of gold required to fill the gap. These details will be discussed with the customer if/when the occasion arises.

Damaged/Other Jewellery Returns

Any item for refund must be returned via mail, and a full refund will only be issued once the item has been returned and has been inspected to confirm the issue. Once confirmed, the refund will be processed via your original payment method.
